All products on this site are available for shipping within Australia only at this stage.
Pricing and Wholesale access
All pricing shown on the site is in Australian Dollars at RRP ( Recommended Retail Price). Our regular wholesale customers can login using their email address and password and be able to order at wholesale prices. For new customers wanting wholesale access please register on the site first and tick the wholesale access check box. We would need a valid ABN number to process your application. We would be able to grant you the appropriate access within 3-4 business days after conducting our checks.
Payment
We accept payment using major credit cards through the PayPal secure gateway. Please note you do not need to have a PayPal account to make payments using this method. When you are directed to the PayPal site to make your payment, you have the option to advise that you are not a PayPal account holder and you will then be able to make a payment using Master Card or Visa.
Wholesale customers can elect to choose the account option when making their payment. Payment can then be made using the agreed terms you have with us. We would contact you upon receipt of your order if there are any issues.
Shipping
Shipping for retail customers is through Australia Post - Express Post and is a flat $15 fee.
Wholesale customers will be sent the goods using our regular courier and the freight will be charged as per our agreed terms.
Returns & Warranties
All our products are guaranteed for 6 months form the time of purchase against any manufacturing defects. This specifically excludes wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. Please contact us by email at info@dynaleather.com for any warranty issues.
Privacy & Security
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. Any personal information collected by us shall not be disclosed to any third party  unless such a disclosure is authorized or required by law, or you have expressly consented to such a disclosure.
We do not store any credit card information on our site nor do we collect your credit card information. All payments are made securely through Paypal.
Your Account
Once you create your account on our site, you are able to view your orders, store your delivery addresses and add items to your wishlist. Creating an account involves using your email address and a password. If you forget your password this can be retrieved from the login section by providing your email address.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order or part of your order before the goods are despatched. We will not charge a cancellation fee for cancelling your order before despatch. However we reserve the right to cancel your order if your payment is not processed, your supplied details are invalid or the item ordered goes out of stock. In such cases we will contact you prior to cancelling your order.
